Kerta Gosa Klungkung

Kerta gosa is a cultural park from the kingdom of Klungkung, Bali.

Entering this area, it's like you're visiting the Balinese royal era of centuries ago.

With typical Balinese architecture of the 17th century, it is an attraction for tourists to visit Taman Kerta Gosa.

The beauty is seen in the Bale Kambang building, which is surrounded by a pond and there is a brick bridge to cross it. In addition, the uniqueness of Bale Kambang and Bale Kertha Gosa, is on the roof ceiling of the building which has a puppet painting that tells a certain story.

Wayang paintings are classics of the Kamasan wayang art style and to this day Kamasan village still maintains its traditional painting style.

Kamasan art village is located 4 km south of Smarapura town. 

The development of painting in this village was recognized and loved by King Waturenggong who ruled the kingdom of Klungkung (Gelgel kingdom) at that time.

The royal atmosphere is still felt in this tourist spot, all buildings and furniture in it are neatly organized and clean.

With its beauty and uniqueness, it makes some tourists who visit do prewedding photo sessions.
