Puncak Mangu, Gunung Catur

Puncak Mangu is a mountain that looks beautiful from Bedugul tourist sites.

The mountain stretches from Wanagiri Tabanan Village to Bedugul.

Its appearance is similar to Mount Abang on the side of Lake Beratan and half of its wall is an avalanche of remnants of ancient eruptions.

The mountain is right in the center of the Bali Mountains range.

What does that mean?

We can see all the mountain peaks on the island from this point.  Plus the view of Lake Beratan and  Lake Buyan peeking out slightly behind Mount Tapak.

At the top is Pucak Mangu Temple, which also looks beautiful in the middle of the forest as you climb.

Due to the presence of this  temple, it is not surprising to see residents dressed in full dress and carrying offerings to the top on certain days.

Hiking trails

There are two alternative hiking trails:

Through Bedugul has an altitude of 1,220 mdpl (in the form of land and dense  forest) or through an altitude of 1,330 mdpl (in the form of cement and stone paths, as well as toll roads, to reach the top it takes 45 minutes).

Hopefully the atmosphere is more pleasant.
